A documentary about Mike Sinclair, the dentist, who died of AIDS on Feb. 14 in 1995. He was the only person who had admitted publicly to his illness in Hong Kong. With his consent, the RTHK production crew has given a close up on his last 2 years' life, recorded his medical treatment, his wishes, views of life and works on AIDS education. This programme also shows the attitude of the Hong Kong public towards AIDS and AIDS patients. |

A group of mathematics genius had been selected among local primary 5 and 6 after a hard competition in Hong Kong. The top eleven represented Hong Kong to attend an Asian wide maths. final competition in Beijing. This Children Documentary reveals the inner world of five of the 12-years-old mathematics genius, the secrets of their achievement and their philosophies of life. |

In 1991, the Paris Peace Agreement finally brought a peace plan to Cambodia, and officially put an end to a 20 years war. Does a paper of peace treaty mean a fullstop to poverty and sufferings to the people of Cambodia? Has the agreement brought Cambodia with peace, stability and economic development? Our trip to Cambodia gives a "NO" to these questions. This documentary reveals the real situation of Cambodia. |

为推广性教育及提高社会人士对爱滋病的认识，新制作的 「性本善
」 第六辑定名为「爱滋病系列」， 目的是深入探讨爱滋病在香港
所带来的种种问题。
本故事描述一位经常穿梭中港两地的货车司机，在外经常拈花惹草 ，在家却不肯与妻作安全性事。 为妻的不但要面对丈夫的不忠 ， 更因为丈夫的风流而受到感染爱滋病的困扰。本集探讨女性在爱滋 病传播上可以担当的角色， 揭露她们的无助与期盼。 To promote sex education and to increase the knowledge of the public on AIDS, RTHK has produced a new series of "Sex Education" on AIDS. This story is about a long-haul truck driver who is used to have casual sex but refuse to have safe sex precaution with his wife. The wife of this man not only has to suffer her spouse's unfaithfulness and the likelihood of a divorce, she is also in danger of being infected with AIDS. This drama investigates the roles of women in encounting AIDS. It reveals the dilemma and helplessness of the women. They are wingless female unable to flee from their plight. |

夫因爱滋病辞世，剩下婆婆一人面对这世纪绝症。故事展示了婆婆
的家务助理如何与婆婆建立良好的友谊，助她渡过快乐及有意义的
余生。
但婆婆还是要走上那人生最后的一步 ..... "Two Funerals" looks into the inner world of AIDS patients and explores what the public can do to help them. The story is about a woman who has infected AIDS from her husband. Her husband got AIDS from a prostitute and died shortly after. The woman was left to suffer alone and struggle against the disease. This drama shows how the woman has been helped by a social worker to lead a happy and meaningful life. The social worker not only deliver her hot meals but also a caring relationship! Eventually, the woman dies, and there is a second funeral ... |

According to a survey, two out of five women receiving marital guidance nowadays in Hong Kong are having husband keeping mistress across the border. A Legislative Councillor describes it as the oriental version of the well-known fairy tale - "Beauty and the Beast". The sexologists envisage this as a social problem threatening the monogamous marriage. This documentary portrays this growing trend and traces the social origin of this widespread phenomenon. |
